The MED.FUN name, logo, and other branded elements are trademarks owned by MED.FUN. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited without express written permission.

2. User-Created Content

When creating tokens or content on the Platform, you must:

• Not use trademarks that you do not own or have permission to use

• Not create tokens that mislead others about brand affiliation

• Respect parody and fair use principles while being mindful of legal boundaries

• Not imply endorsement by trademark owners without authorization

3. Reporting Trademark Infringement

If you believe your trademark is being infringed on the Platform, please contact us at [email protected] with documentation of your trademark rights and details of the infringement.

4. Enforcement

MED.FUN reserves the right to remove content that infringes on trademark rights and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
