Understanding Slippage
Slippage is the difference between expected and actual price due to market movement.
Default Slippage Settings
Standard: 5% (recommended for most trades)
Low liquidity: 10-15% (for new or volatile tokens)
High liquidity: 1-3% (for established tokens)
Adjusting Slippage
Open Transaction Settings (gear icon)
Adjust the slippage tolerance
Higher slippage = more likely to execute, but worse price
Lower slippage = better price, but may fail during volatility
Important: Setting slippage too low may cause transactions to fail. Setting it too high may result in unfavorable prices.

The Bonding Curve Explained
How It Works
Initial Price: Tokens start at a low, fixed price
Price Increases: Each purchase raises the price slightly
Price Decreases: Each sale lowers the price slightly
Automated: No manual liquidity provision needed
Graduation: At ~63,000 SOL market cap, token moves to Raydium
Benefits
✅ Always liquid - no waiting for buyers/sellers
✅ Fair pricing based on demand
✅ No rug pull risk from developers
✅ Transparent price discovery
Reading the Curve
Steep curve = Price increases quickly with volume
Gradual curve = More tokens available before significant price increase
Progress bar = Shows distance to Raydium graduation
