Democratic Moderation

Kick Voting System

Voice Spaces use a democratic approach to moderation:

How It Works

  1. Any participant can initiate a vote to remove someone

  2. A threshold of votes is required (e.g., 3 votes)

  3. Once threshold is met, the user is removed

  4. Removed users cannot rejoin the same Space

Starting a Kick Vote

  1. Hover over a participant's avatar

  2. Click "Vote to Kick"

  3. Confirm your vote

  4. Other participants can add their votes

Why Kick Voting?

This system prevents:

  • Individual host bias

  • Abuse of power

  • Silencing unpopular opinions

While maintaining:

  • Community standards

  • Productive discussions

  • Safe environment

Note: Abuse of kick voting may result in account restrictions
